Erin Capellupo was born and raised in the St. Louis area. She graduated high school from Incarnate Word Academy, and received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at University of Missouri St. Louis. Erin began her nursing career in Trauma and Neuroscience before pursuing an Advanced Practice Degree at Maryville University in St. Louis. From there, Erin transitioned into the outpatient surgical setting providing services for Chronic Pain Management. Erin is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with ANCC. She is passionate about providing care and services to improve a patient’s quality of life. She is trained to perform multiple procedures for chronic pain management, including but not limited to trigger point injections, intraperipheral joint injections, and visco supplementation. In Erin’s free time she enjoys snow skiing and hanging out with her family.
